Dr. Alvarez received his medical training at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, New York. Dr. Alvarez completed an internship in Osteopathic Rotating at Peninsula Hospital. He currently hold staff privileges at Mease Hospital – Countryside and Mease Hospital – Dunedin in Pinellas County, Florida. Dr. Alvarez is certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
