History and Purpose
veriMED IPA, LLC, was founded in August 2011 to enter into global risk agreements with Medicare Advantage health plans. The leadership of veriMED comes from Jai H Cho, MD, and Martin Revello, MPH, both of whom have had a large amount of experience in the Medicare Advantage industry. Under their auspices and leadership, previous IPA ventures became very successful.
veriMED’s programs are designed to maximize patient access to appropriate medical care. The services provided by veriMED include education and assistance in the execution of daily operations, MRA education, chart audits, and hospital and skilled nursing case management. The IPA currently manages patient lives throughout the counties of West and Central Florida.

veriMED is an IPA (independent practice association), which is a network of independently owned and operated primary care practices. veriMED contracts with Medicare Advantage health plans and these independent practices are credentialed to some and/or all of these plans through an affiliation contract.

veriMED is an MSO
veriMED also serves as an MSO (Management Services Organization). On top of being a network of primary care physicians, veriMED has support staff that provides management services to our network of primary care doctors.
