Carla R. Renaldo, DO
Carla R. Renaldo has been practicing medicine since 2010. Prior to completing Medical School she was a Registered Nurse and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at Cedar Crest College, in Pennsylvania. Dr. Renaldo received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Renaldo completed her residency at Oklahoma State University/Freeman Health in Internal Medicine. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and will be receiving her Physicians Executive Master of Business Administration in 2021.
She holds a special interest in preventative medicine and holds professional affiliations with the American Osteopathic Association(AOA), American Medical Association (AMA), Florida Osteopathic Medical Association (FOMA). Dr. Renaldo enjoys running, yoga, SCUBA/cave diving, and traveling in her spare time.

Jose Fernando Flores Attended Medical School At The Central University Of Ecuador, School Of Medicine. There He Received His Degree In Surgery And General Medicine. He Spent His Post Graduate Studies In Cardiology At The Instituto Dante Pazzanesse De Cardiologia. He Obtained His Physician Assistant License From The State Of Florida Medical Board In 1998.
Jose worked as a Cardiologist at Hospital Metropolitano, Quito Ecuador from 1985-1989. In 1989 he relocated to the United States and has practiced across the State of Florida since.

George Toth, MD
Dr. Toth receieved his Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He then obtained his Bachelor of Education and his Masters of Arts in Education from the University of Toronto, Canada. From there, he attended the Semmelweis Medical University in Hungary, where he graduated “cum laude” and recieved his Doctorate of Medicine. Dr. Toth completed his Family Practice Residency at the Department of Community Health and Family Medicine at the University of Florida, in Gainesville.
Dr. Toth has practiced all over the United States; including El Paso, Texas and all over the State of Florida. He served as the Department Chief of Family Medicine at Tampa General Hospital. He currently serves as an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine for the Department of Nursing at the University of South Florida. He is also Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Toth has many Publications and Awards in the Field of Medicine and Educational Medicine. He received the Doctor of the Year Award at Tampa Community Health Centers Inc.
