Dr. Fine attended Tashkent Medical School in Uzbekistan. He completed his fellowship in Surgery at the Second Medical School of Moscow, Russia where he obtained his PhD in Clinical Physiology.
Dr. Fine then took an Advanced Coarse in Medicine and Patient Care in Moscow. Dr. Fine spent his post gradu- ate residency in Internal Medicine at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York.
He has worked for Roxborough Memorial Hospital as well as his own private practice in Philadelphia PA, and Victory Memorial Hospital in Brooklyn NY.
Dr. Fine has written eighteen articles, a book, and holds four patents.

LOREN S. CARLSON, DO
Dr. Carlson attended medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine/Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at the Grandview Hospital in Daytona, Ohio. Dr. Carlson has professional affiliation with the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Practitioners and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He is currently a Diplomat of the National Osteopathic Board of Examiners, the American Board of Family Practice, the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice. Philippe Noel, MD
Dr. Noel graduated from the University of Brussels, Belgium where he completed his
Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery. He trained as an internist and graduated from State
University of NY Downstate Medical Center. Subsequently, he became a faculty member
at Downstate Medical College and worked as attending in the Department of Medicine. For many years after, he worked as Assistant director of Emergency Medicine and Ambulatory Care at Woodhill Hospital.
He has worked as the Director of Medicine at PN Consulting Med Services in Long Island
NY, for decades and remained involved in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Noel is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and his certification is current through 2021.

Anna Berenstein, MD
Dr. Berenstein attended Medical School in Kiev, Ukraine. She completed a fellowship
training in Endocrinology at the Institute of Endocrinology and Metabolism of Kiev,
and Advance courses of Endocrinology and Research in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.
Dr. Berenstein spent her post graduate training years of residency in Brooklyn Hospital
and Downstate Medical Center in New York. Dr. Berenstein started her private practice in
1985, and worked as an internist attending physician at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City until 2016.
Dr. Berenstein relocated to Florida in 2016 and has provided community care in North
Port. Her main goal is preventive care and patient education in her private practice, which has been her priority for decades.
