Dr. Hernandez received her medical training at Universidad Libre de Colombia in Barranquilla, Colombia. She completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx, New York. Dr. Hernandez has professional services with the American Academy of Family Physicians. She currently holds staff privileges at Medical Center of Trinity and North Bay Hospital/Morton Plant in New Port Richey, Florida. Dr. Hernandez is certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
