Dr. Seoane completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Catherine’s Hospital in Kenosha, Wisconsin and his residency in Internal Medicine at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation (Dept. of Internal Medicine) in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

Dr. Seoane did his fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine (Barnes – Jewish Hospital) in St. Louis, Missouri. 

He has served many years on the Board of Governors of the Florida Medical Association
