Dr. Samuel Fuentes-Flores is a compassionate and experienced primary care physician with nearly a decade of experience,, including five years dedicated to providing care to veterans. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic and completed a rotating internship at Buen Samaritano Hospital in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. His academic foundation also includes undergraduate studies in Natural Sciences at Universidad Interamericana and the University of Puerto Rico.

Dr. Fuentes-Flores focuses on preventive medicine, chronic condition management, and health education.
