Paola Morales was born in New York and raised in Colombia, where she studied medicine and worked as a General Physician for six years in the Emergency Department. After relocating to the United States, she pursued her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA).

Paola brings extensive experience across both clinical and administrative healthcare settings, with a strong focus on patient care, provider support, and operational excellence in her role as Provider Operations Manager at veriMED IPA.
