Dr. Carlson attended medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine/Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at the Grandview Hospital in Daytona, Ohio. Dr. Carlson has professional affiliations with the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Practitioners, and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He is currently a Diplomat of the National Osteopathic Board of Examiners, the American Board of Family Practice, and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice. Dr. Carlson currently holds staff privileges at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center and Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. He is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
