Kesha Nuss, RN, brings over 11 years of nursing experience to her role as Lead Patient Care Manager at veriMED IPA. She earned her RN from Hillsborough Community College in 2014 and has a diverse background in nursing, including LTACH, Med Surg, Orthopedics, PCU, SNF, Rehab, Home Health, and IPA settings.

Her expertise includes working as an RN Case Manager, where she focused on reducing readmissions and hospitalizations, managing MRPs, and coordinating continuity of care services such as home health and transportation. She also has experience assisting with HEDIS measures like MRP and TRC, collaborating with providers and case managers on referrals, and leading care management meetings to develop interventions for high-risk patients across multiple regions.

Kesha is passionate about delivering quality care and improving patient outcomes, making her an integral part of the veriMED team.
