Dr. Lopez received his doctorate and completed a Residency with a Cardiovascular specialty in Cuba. In the US, he completed residencies at University Hospital, Touro Hospital, Kenner Oschner Hospital, and Oschner Clinic at Johnson in Louisiana.

Dr. Lopez is currently a General practitioner in Florida.
