Dr. Talakkottur attended medical school and received his Doctorate of Medicine Degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles. He completed his clinical training at Norwalk Hospital and Kern Medical Center in affiliation with UCLA located in Bakersfield, California. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, TX. He later combined Internal Medicine Residency with Pediatric Residency and completed his Internal Medicine Residency in Houston, TX. Dr. Talakkottur is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
