Dr. Butt graduated from Bahauddin Zakaria University, Pakistan. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Conemaugh Memorial Health Center in Johnstown Pennsylvania and a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, AR.

Dr. Butt served as Chairman of Medicine at Mease Countryside/Mease Dunedin Hospital and has received multiple awards including Patients Choice and Compassionate Doctors awards.

He is the recipient of America’s Most Honored Doctors and Professional Awards for many years.

The International Association of the Internist has recognized Dr. Atta Butt as the Top Internist in
Clearwater.
