Dr. Berenstein attended Medical School in Kyiv, Ukraine. She completed a fellowship
training in Endocrinology at the Institute of Endocrinology and Metabolism of Kyiv,
and Advanced courses in Endocrinology and Research in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.

Dr. Berenstein spent her post-graduate training years of residency at Brooklyn Hospital
and Downstate Medical Center in New York. Dr. Berenstein started her private practice in
1985, and worked as an internist attending physician at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City until 2016.

Dr. Berenstein relocated to Florida in 2016 and has provided community care in North
Port. Her main goal is preventive care and patient education in her private practice, which has been her priority for decades.
