Alien Yero Camejo, CPC, CRC, CPMA is the MRA Educator at veriMED IPA, LLC. Alien is originally from Cuba. He became a doctor in 2010 and an Internal Medicine Specialist in 2013. He was in charge of the Emergency Department of one of the General Hospitals in Cuba from 2013 to 2015.  Alien’s first experience in the medical field in the USA was as a Medical Assistant but he also occupied management positions at the American Care Medical Center. He started in the coding field in 2018 and quickly expanded his experience in billing, coding, quality and auditing. Alien holds three licenses from AAPC (CPC, CRC, CPMA) and loves to help our veriMED provider partners grow their MRA expertise.
